All park facilities cannot be reserved less than 5 days nor more than 364 days in advance. The pool cannot be reserved less than 10 days nor more than 364 days in advance. Athletic fields cannot be reserved online less than 5 days nor more than 28 days in advance. Additional restrictions may apply for indoor facilities and the pool. All reservations, with the exception of shelter and athletic field reservations, require prior approval. Once confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with the reservation date, time and location as well as the balance due.

•All registrations/reservations must be paid in full at the time of the registration/reservation.

•Any reservation cancelations made 30 days to 364 days prior to the event will get a 100% refund of the Rental Fee and a 100% Damage/Cleaning Deposit refund.

•Any reservation cancelations made 29 days to 11 days prior to the event will get a 50% refund of the Rental Fee and a 100% Damage/Cleaning Deposit refund.

•Any reservation cancelations made less than 10 days prior to the event will receive no Rental Fee refund and a 100% Damage/Cleaning Deposit refund.

•No refunds will be issued for Shelter or Field reservations, unless facilities are closed by the Parks and Recreation Staff.

•Facilities closed due to inclement weather, by the Parks and Recreation Department Staff, are subject to a FULL refund.

Activity Center @ Northwest Park

This is a 1800 square foot indoor facility. It has a pool table, foosball table, air hockey table, books, and television with video game hookup. The activity center also has its own restrooms. Dining Hall @ Northwest Park

This 3200 square foot facility is an indoor multi-purpose building. It has the ability to hold 10 tables and 60 chairs. Private restrooms are also located inside this facility. The dining hall has two tables and one grill at the main entry and two tables in the woods next to it. It also has a beautiful view of our pond which is visible through the bay window.
