All park facilities cannot be reserved less than 5 days nor more than 364 days in advance. The pool cannot be reserved less than 10 days nor more than 364 days in advance. Athletic fields cannot be reserved online less than 5 days nor more than 28 days in advance. Additional restrictions may apply for indoor facilities and the pool. All reservations, with the exception of shelter and athletic field reservations, require prior approval. Once confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with the reservation date, time and location as well as the balance due.

•All registrations/reservations must be paid in full at the time of the registration/reservation.

•Any reservation cancelations made 30 days to 364 days prior to the event will get a 100% refund of the Rental Fee and a 100% Damage/Cleaning Deposit refund.

•Any reservation cancelations made 29 days to 11 days prior to the event will get a 50% refund of the Rental Fee and a 100% Damage/Cleaning Deposit refund.

•Any reservation cancelations made less than 10 days prior to the event will receive no Rental Fee refund and a 100% Damage/Cleaning Deposit refund.

•No refunds will be issued for Shelter or Field reservations, unless facilities are closed by the Parks and Recreation Staff.

•Facilities closed due to inclement weather, by the Parks and Recreation Department Staff, are subject to a FULL refund.

This is an outdoor pool that is available by reservation only. Our pool is available after inspection has been completed, from June through Labor Day. It has a locker room and restrooms. Northwest District Park is located at 2413 Woody Store Road in the Silk Hope area. Reservations must be made by calling 919-545-8555 or in office at 90 East St, Pittsboro NC, 27312. ***Please note that we do not have lifeguards on standby and that reservations are subject to change based on their availablility.***
